Meet the Doctors

Dr. Jeffrey A. Housley

Originally from Ardmore, Oklahoma, Dr. Housley moved to Owasso with his family in 2002. He attended Oklahoma State University where he received a degree in Biology. He went on to the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where he received his dental degree and orthodontic specialty training. He has published articles relating to anterior crossbite and mandibular expansion in professional journals and has lectured to hygiene and dental students at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry.

Dr. Housley and his wife, Shelly, enjoy living in the Owasso community and are actively involved in various programs and community activities. They have a son, Connor, who occupies most of their time outside of the office.

Dr. Brent S. Dobson

Originally from Bristow, Oklahoma, Dr. Brent Dobson will be moving to Owasso with his wife of nine years, Jaquina, in early September to join us at Owasso Orthodontics. Dr. Dobson attended the University of Oklahoma for his undergraduate work and then received his doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry at the Health Sciences Center where he and Dr. Housley were classmates

After dental school, Dr. Dobson joined the Air Force and attended a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. During his AEGD, he was exposed to virtually all the specialties of dentistry, including orthodontics. He then served three more years in Okinawa, Japan stationed at Kadena Air Base where he decided he wanted to specialize in orthodontics. After serving in the Air Force, Dr. Dobson returned to the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center for his orthodontic specialty training.

Dr. Dobson is currently a member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists and is also Invisalign certified. Dr. Dobson enjoys a variety of sports, especially golf. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Jaquina, and their daughter, Kaiya.
